Anyone in an Aiome workspace can create a channel. Only the creator of a channel and Admin roles can delete channels.
Only public channels are available to view and read by everyone inside of Aiome. With private channels, only members who have specifically been granted access by the creator of the channel can view and read the channel. This goes all the way up to the org owner and admin roles.
